If we progress your enquiry, we may subsequently request relevant information such as energy bills, details of heating and/or cooling systems and photographs of system data plates.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess your requirements, identify potentially suitable retrofit technologies, obtain relevant technical input or quotations and coordinate the progression of your enquiry.

We process this information where necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and providing and developing CarbonWize's services. We only use information where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Sharing information

Where necessary to assess or progress your enquiry, relevant information may be shared with appropriate specialist technology providers or other parties involved in providing the requested assessment, technical input or quotation.

We only share information that is reasonably necessary for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiry and related information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including progressing the enquiry and maintaining appropriate business records. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted.
